eSgame timesが提供する当サービスを ユーザー は、本契約に定める条件の下ご利用いただけます。
ユーザー は、当サービスを利用することにより本規約の内容を承諾したとみなされます。
■第１条（サービス内容の責任）

eSgame timesは、『http://www.es-league.games/info/』 に掲載された情報に起因して発生した損害について何ら賠償をいたしません。
２．
eSgame timesは、『http://www.es-league.games/info/』 とリンクする他のサイトについては、一切管理しておらず、その内容の変更、更新、サービスの終了等について責任を負いません。
■第２条（サービス内容の変更および停止）

eSgame timesは、ユーザー への事前の通知なくして、当サービスの運用規則、または当サービスの内容を変更することがあり、ユーザー はこれを承諾するものとします。

eSgame timesは予告なく当サービスを停止または中止することができます。eSgame timesは、この変更、停止、中止など、これに起因する ユーザー またはほかの第三者が被った被害については一切の責任を負わないものとします。
■第３条（禁止事項）

ユーザー は、当サービスを利用して、下記に該当し、またはその恐れがある行為をすることはできません。

ほかの ユーザー または第三者の知的所有権を侵害する場合
・
ほかの ユーザー または第三者の財産、信用、プライバシーを侵害する場合
・
ほかの ユーザー または第三者に不利益を与える場合
・
ほかの ユーザー または第三者を誹謗中傷している場合
・
当サービスの運営を妨げ、または、eSgame timesの信用を毀損する場合
・
その他、eSgame timesが不適当と判断する場合
■第４条（広告等の掲載）

eSgame timesは広告の掲載に関しては広告主などの提供会社から提供された資料・素材に基き作成しております。広告の記載内容に関して事実との相違その他の瑕疵がある場合には、eSgame timesは故意または重過失のある場合を除いて、何ら責任を負わないものとします。
■第５条（免責事項）

eSgame timesは本契約を含むサービスの提供または停止に関して ユーザー に不利益や損害が生じた場合でも、その責任を一切負いません。
■第６条（準拠法及び合意管轄）

本規約は日本国法に準拠するものとします。また、ユーザー とeSgame timesの間で、訴訟の必要が生じた場合、eSgame timesの所在地を管轄する裁判所を ユーザー とeSgame timesの専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
２．
付則 この規約は2019年04月10日から実施致します。
Users of the service provided by eSgame times may use the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Users are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement by using the Service.
Article 1 (Responsibility of Service Content)

eSgame times will not be liable for any damages arising from the information published in "http://www.es-league.games/eSgame_times/".
2.
eSgame times has no control over other sites LINKED to "http://www.es-league.games/eSgame_times/", and will not be responsible for changes in content, updates, termination of services, etc.

Article 4 (Publication of Advertisements, etc.)

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Article 6 (Government Law and Consensus Jurisdiction)

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Also, if there is a need for a lawsuit between the user and eSgame times, the court having jurisdiction over the location of eSgame times will be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the user and eSgame times.
2.
Appendix This rule will be enforced from April 10, 2019.
